The Nigeria Police has denied rumours circulating in Kano about an attack on the headquarters of Nigeria Police zone one in Kano.
The Public relations officer of the zone in Kano SP Abubakar Zayyanu Ambursa confirmed the development to NIGERIAN TRACKER correspondent.
He said he was in the office as early as possible and even after an hour of the Jumuat prayers which they observed at the Zone Mosque there was no any attack.
When he learnt of the rumours he went out and monitor Police officers manning the gate after the Jumuat prayers and what they were doing is the usual check of vehicles and other routine security surveillance after the Jumuat prayers.
He urge the public not to panic and should remain calm that there is no any attack on the zone.
