A group of youth under the umbrella of Unified Northern Nigerian youth endorsed Dr Godwin Emefiele to run for presidency under platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) in 2023.
The call was made by the Jigawa state coordinator of the forum comrade Abdullahi Abbas while briefing news men on their move to endorse the CBN governor.
According to him, CBN Governor in history, Dr. Godwin Emefiele has all it takes to make Nigeria a great nation, rejuvenate our economy and take us to the status of developing nation where peace, progress and prosperity will be realised.

Comrade Abbas who described the forum as patriotic group said, Dr. Godwin Emefiele initiated various programs that impacted people’s live in Jigawa state that improved lives of downtrodden in the State.
He identified Emefiele’s intervention in Jigawa as ; disbursement of over N4 billion as loans to rice farmers, accessing N5 billion loan from CBN by Jigawa state government to finance its agricultural development and introduction of where ovr 25,000 women enrolled into bank system.
He added that, Jigawa state is among 15 states that benefited from 52billion for Wheat Cultivation while many Youth benefited from Dr. Godwin Emefiele’s Post COVID 19 Loan initiatives.
While making his remarks, the national convener of the forum, Muhammed Salihu Danlami assured Nigerian particularly northerners that, Emefiele is the best solution to Nigerian as according to him, no one boost farming activities in North then him.
He then insisted that, the CBN governor must answer their call to come and run for 2023 presidency for a better economy and security in Nigeria.
