A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has issued an order restraining the national working committee of the People’s Democratic Party from dissolving Kano executive members of the party.
Justice Taiwo O. Taiwo his his ruling, warned PDP that it shall allow the leadership of PDP in Kano from ward to state level to continue to operate pending the determination of the suit.
