The Kano State Magistrate Court Number 58 presided over by Senior Magistrate Aminu Gabari has admitted the sum of N1m bail with 2 reliable sureties in the like sum to Abdulmajid Danbilki kwamanda.
Magistrate Gabari ordered that of the surety shall be Chief Imam of Mariya Dantata Mosque, Koki and Wakilan Gabas Kano state Emirate Council.
The court also ordered that the two sureties must have 5 years tax clearance.
Similarly, it ordered that the defendant should deposit his international passport to the court registry.
