Reacting to the news of the defection of the former Kano governor Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso to the party from the Peoples Democratic Party Hisham Habib said the Kano state leadership expects the national headquarters under the able Dr Boniface Aniebonam to formalize all mergers and or alliances with groups coming into the party.</p>
