Former Secretary to Kano state government under Engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has described the national leader of APC Senator Bola Ahmad Tinubu as the right politician to succeed President Muhammad Buhari come 2023.
Engineer Rabiu Suleiman Bichi stated this during an interactive discuss on Tinubu 2023 organised by R-Win Win.
Rabiu Suleiman Bichi said many reasons abound that showcase the suitability of Senator Bola Ahmad Tinubu in succeeding President Muhammad Buhari.
According to Rabiu, apart from competence Bola Ahmad Tinubu is the national leader of APC who hold the ace for the southwest politics and with his support President Muhammad Buhari won election in 2015.
He pointed out that President Muhammad Buhari attempted to be President in 2003,2007,2011 but they were unsuccessful till Bola Ahmad Tinubu decided to put his weight behind President Muhammad Buhari.

He noted that his effort in repositioning Lagos from 1999 to 2007 made him the right candidate to take over from President Muhammad Buhari noting that when Tinubu took over Lagos in 1999 the state was in disarray which ranges from Transportation, Economy,Social service ,but with Tinubus effort Lagos is now being emulated by many Nigerian states and the state is now economically viable than many African states.
According to Rabiu Suleiman Bichi Bola Tinubu was generating only 500 million Naira as revenue for Lagos but by the time he handed over to Barrister Babatunde Raji Fashola Lagos was generating 25 Billion Naira.
Rabiu added that as at Present Lagos is generating more than 50 billion Naira after he was succeeded by Fashola,Ambode and now Babajide Sanwo Olu.
The former Kano SSG added that Bola Ahmad Tinubu has the temerity ,exposure,psychi and all what it takes to rule Nigeria and take it to the promised land.
Earlier in a remark the Chairman R- Win Win Malam Auwalu Dankano said It was established to ensure APC youth are getting the dividends of Democracy and to guide them on their bright future in politics.
Malam Auwalu Dankano also called on all and sundry to support the R-Win Win Movement and welcome Engineer Rabiu Suleiman Bichi for delivering the lecture.
