A politician in Katsina State and a former Gubernatorial candidate of APGA in the 2015 elections , Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Tsauri says he will fence the whole of Katsina State if he is elected governor next year.
Tsauri made the statement during a meeting of APC stakeholders and for the Inauguration of his Gubernatorial campaign council.
