Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Monday, signed the anti-open grazing bill.
Reports indicate that the governor signed the law on Monday at the Lagos House, Ikeja.
The Lagos house of assembly had on September 9th, passed the bill and transmitted it to the governor for assent. The new law will criminalize open grazing by herders across the state.
