A Fulani Girl, Named Ruqayya Modibbo Umaru has graduated from prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with a first-class degree in law.
Ruqayya hailed from Nguroje Sardauna Local Government Area of TARABA state, she was also the best graduating student in her set.
