A former Nigeria’s Deputy Senate President Nasiru Ibrahim Mantu is Dead.
The Nigeria Television Authority announces his death in the early hours of Tuesday.
Nasiru Mantu was Deputy Senate President between 2000 and 2007.
Late Nasiru Ibrahim Mantu represented Plateau central in the senate.
He was chairman palliatives committee to cushion the effect of fuel increment during Obasanjo Administration.
He became Deputy Senate President after the resignation of Late Dr. Chuba Okadigbo and Late Senator Haruna Abubakar.
