<p>The wife of Kano state governor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has endorsed Kano state commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo to succeed her husband Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje in 2023.</p>
<p>Professor Hafsat Abdullahi Umar Ganduje made the statement in an audio clip that went viral on social media.</p>
<p>Hajiya Hafsat Ganduje who is popularly refered to as Gwaggo was reported to have made the statement during a gathering in Kano.</p>
