A chairman of the African Democratic Congress in Kano has given a one-week ultimatum to the federal government to ban Afenifere an organization that blasphemes the prophet of Islam.
The chairman of the party in Kano Alhaji Musa Shuaibu Ungogo stated this during an interaction with NIGERIAN TRACKER correspondent in Kano.
According to Musa Shuaibu Ungogo Afenifere is a cultist organization devoid of any decorum and sense therefore the federal government should immediately ban the organization for peace to reign among Nigerians.
He said if the federal government refuses to ban Afenifere the organization may turn into a terrorist organization.

‘’We are ready to protect the dignity of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, therefore allowing the organization to continue to exist is tantamount to hurting the feeling of Muslims among them are millions of Yorubas’’
The ADC chieftain further noted that if the federal government refuses to ban Afenifere in one week from the day like this they will form a parallel organization that will disturb the peace of miscreant organizations like Afenefere that went ahead to issue a blasphemous statement against the Holy Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him)
Musa Shuaibu Ungogo said Yoruba notable personalities like former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka, and Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tinubu are no longer members of the cultist organization called Afenifere.
