<p>The suit according to a Writ is filed before an Abuja High Court.<br />
Ganduje in the Writs of Summons had filed a civil suit with No CU/1598/2021 dated 15 July 2021. against Jafar Jafar and Penlight Light Media Limited.</p>
<p>The Writ of Summons stated that &#8220;you are hereby commanded that within fourteen days after service, of this writ.<br />
&#8220;Inclusive of the day of such service, you do cause an appearance to be entered for you.<br />
&#8220;In an action at the suit of Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and take notice that in default the Claimant may proceed and judgment may be given.&#8221; The court cautioned.</p>

<p>It will be recalled that governor Ganduje had earlier discontinued a suit before Kano High Court seeking for N2billion as compensation against Jafar Jafar and his owned online publication for allegedly publishing a video content showing governor Ganduje stuffing his pockets with dollars alleged to contract kickbacks.</p>
