Doguwa bags AKTH’s Award of Honour

The Chief Medical Director of Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, AKTH, Dr Abdurrahman Abba Sheshe, has awarded the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives as a good friend of the Hospital.

 

The CMD made the commendation when he visited the House Leader, saying the award becomes necessary for his untiring support given to Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, especially during the COVID-19 period.

 

 

Dr Sheshe appreciated Hon. Doguwa when he paid him a courtesy visit.

According to Dr Sheshe, “We are giving you this award because of the supportive programmes and infrastructure projects you rendered to the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital AKTH before and during the COVID-19 period.”

 

In his response, the Majority Leader, Hon. Alhassan Doguwa appreciated the Award of Honour given to him and promised to do more for the Hospital for “the very good work of humanity” they render to continue.

 

Hon. Doguwa also commended the CMD, Dr Abdurrahman Abba Sheshe, for his prudence, accountability and transparent management of public resources.

 

“I feel highly delighted for this prestigious award given to me by the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital AKTH Kano. I feel elated for the honour and would not relent in my capacity as the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives to do everything possible to support the facility”, Hon. Doguwa said.

 

The Majority Leader urged well-meaning Nigerians to support AKTH for more effective delivery of their services to the people.
