<p>The incident occurred on Hotoro ring-road expressway when the Road Safety personnel attempts to inspect the truck.</p>
<p>Abubakar Abubakar, an eye witness who spoke to Daily News 24 at the scene of incident said: “the FRSC personnel were making attempts to stop the truck driver, when he stopped one of the personnel held the vehicle side mirrow then one of the boys pushed him down and they wheezed away”.</p>
