Eid Fitr:Gaya tasks people to pray for end to insecurity

The Member representing Albasu, Gaya and Ajingi federal constituency in the House of representatives, Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya urged the Muslim ummah to pray fervently for an end to the senseless killings and kidnapping occurring in the some states of the federation.

The federal Lawmaker added that more any times in our history insecurity in all remifications has ravaging the country and we shall continue pray for an end to all challenges going through as a peoples and nation adding that present situation in the country is a test of faith and a challenge to everyone.

He made the statement in his Sallah message issued and signed by his media aide to newsmen in Kano.

Hon. Abdullah Mahmud Gaya also appeal to Muslims to imbibe the lessons of Ramadan of personal sacrifices, piety and self denial at all times rather than during the holy month of Ramadan alone, adding that there is need for Muslims to imbibe virtues such as feeding the needy, being their brothers’ keepers and prayers for peaceful coexistence that usually come with the month of Ramadan.

Commenting on the eid celebration said there is need for Muslims to imbibe the lessons of Ramadan, of personal sacrifices, piety and continue assist the needy at all times rather than only in the holy month of Ramadan alone.

Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya urged peoples of his constituency’s and the country in general to be more vigilant in ensuring their environment security, need to report any suspicious movement to the security agencies.

Saying with resolute commitments and dedication of all Nigerians the country will overcoming its present challenges especially when peoples support the security agencies with meaningful information this will assist security personnel in maintaining and safe guarding lives and properties of Nigerians.

Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya also called for continue prayer for the improvement of the nation’s economic and security challenge, while facilitate with Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila,House principal leaders and other members for witnessing yet another Eid celebration and pray for peace, and hitch free Eid devoid of any insecurity.
