<p>The emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero will perform full tradittional sallah durbar and other festivities for this year&#8217;s Eid fitr.</p>

<p>The complete sallah durbar will be first of its kind since when Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero was appointed as emir of Kano by the state government last year.</p>

<p>The monarch was unable to observe the traditional festivities in 2020 as a result of COVID-19 pandemic total lockdown imposed in the state and nation by the Federal Government.</p>

<p>According to the itinarary, after observing Eid- fitr prayer at kofar mata Eid ground, the emir will follow his normal route through Kofar Wambai to Gidan Shettima and deliver his sallah message to the people before he entered his palace through Kofar kwaru.</p>
<p>As usual, a day after sallah, the monarch will visit Babban Daki and return to his palace through Kofar Kudu in the evening.</p>
<p>The emir will be at the state government house, two days after Eid to be hosted by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and other members of the state Executive Council where the former and the later exchange speeches.</p>
<p>Departing the lion base, the procession will pass through state road, Obasanjo and Ibrahim Taiwo roads, Waje Juma&#8217;at mosque, Fagge and Plaza to Kofar Mata and the Emir enter his palace through kofar fatalwa.</p>
<p>After a day break, the statement also revealed that the monarch will either paid a visit to Dorayi or Fanisau mini palaces to mark the end of the 2021 Eid -fitr sallah durbar.</p>
<p>The itinerary further disclosed that Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero then will preside over the daily palace sittings so as to receive sallah homage from district, village and ward heads as well as<br />
other well wishers to the monarch .</p>
