<p>No fewer than 150 Students across Kano State benefitted from Engineer Yusuf Da&#8217;awah free JAMB form project/scholars program.</p>
<p>The students, drawn from the 44 Local Governments in the state receive free JAMB UTME 2021 forms and scholarship grants to help them in their educational pursuit.</p>
<p>Engr. Da&#8217;awah, an indigene of Kano Municipal speaking during the orientation ceremony held on the 9th of May 2021 at Kano Cooperative building, implored the students to work hard as he shared his grass to grace story in a bid to encourage the students</p>
<p>He described education as the key to development for youths in Kano, adding that it is a starting point to helping those who are financially constrained to further their academic pursuit in a tertiary institution.</p>

<p>“Youths are key elements to developing a community. When you develop them, you are building a community, for the foundation, this is our contribution to humanity.”</p>
<p>The Kano-born engineer stressed that education is a ticket to a great future as he is a product of education and believes that Kano will be better when its youths are well educated.</p>

<p>The students were first subjected to Computer Based Test to &#8220;expose some of them to how the text is being conducted.&#8221;</p>

<p>Da&#8217;awah lamented over how Digital Literacy is still an issue among secondary school graduands.</p>
<p>&#8220;We have noticed how some students despite getting five credit and above have difficulties in operating a computer, to conduct simple CBT exams.&#8221;</p>
<p>The beneficiaries in their response thanked Engineer Yusuf Da&#8217;awah for the kind gesture via his foundation Engineer Yusuf Da&#8217;awah Educational support Foundation and prayed for God’s continued blessing upon him.</p>
<p>Maijidddah Salisu, a beneficiary of Dala Local Government express her joy and vowed to work hard to pass her exams.</p>
