Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano condoles with the families of Malam Rabilu Ammani a staff of Media Directorate of Government House, Kano, for many decades, describing him as “gentle, loyal, dedicated, simple-headed, respectful, respected and patriotic citizen.”
“We received Malam Rabilu Ammani’s death with shock. He was a very nice staff, who served Kano state very diligently. He knew his work and was very hardworking to the core,” he said.

In a statement by Abba Anwar said Governor Ganduje urged his children to always replace his footsteps, emphasising that, “…while he was dedicated to duty, he was very religious who saw the dire need to respect all.”
“On behalf of the government and people of Kano state, I am condoling with his family, friends, state civil service and well wishers. May Allah forgive all his mistakes and reward his good deeds, ameen,” he prayed.
