Leadership is an institution upon which lies heavy burden to anyone who finds himself in it, but possessing good qualities of a leader, enables one to lead people with ease and understanding.
With coming of Alhaji Abubakar Zakari P.A as the Elected Chairman of Tarauni Local Government in Kano state has left no one in doubt that he intends to make difference in transforming his people.With his style of leadership of open consultation to his people that vote for him to power.
To start with, Abu P.A ( as he was used to be called) introduce open door policy, this make general public in the area to contribute and advise him on issues that affects the Local Government development as he made various appointment in the whole ten ward of his local government.
Also the newly minted Chairman Hon. Abubakar ensures that he empowers the youth of his area through making them productive by given them assistance and place some in the government position . This made it possible for him to control the political atmosphere in the local government, P.A change the face of political atmosphere by re-orienting the politicians to face the reality of grassroots administration and leadership.Hon. Habu P.A as an individual is a disciplinarian. He does not tolerate indiscipline towards governance . He is a team player, above everything he is humble. When you are humble, the thing will just fall into place. When you are transparent and patriotic, the things will work out correctly and properly. Tarauni council of today is a paving a new vision – a vision of hard work, determination, transparency, discipline and focus.

Another milestone within his short stint in office is the establishment of Professor Hassaf A.Ganduje Girls Science Secondary School in Gyadi-Gyadi , Arewa Jaoji Quarters, Hon. Abubakar P.A have achieved in many during his stay at Kano House of Assembly such as intervention of youth empowerment, education and social development among others. This make many people in his area expressed satisfaction with his effort towards boosting education in his constituency.
