The Traditional Sports Federation of Nigeria, TSFN has cautioned traditional wrestlers and boxers taking part at the ongoing 20th edition of the National Sports Festival, NSF to desist from unruly conduct or risk been slammed with severe sanctions.
. The Technical Director of the federation, John Gana on Monday told sports writers that the federation will impose sanctions on athletes that fail to comply with the laid down rules .

Gana disclosed that the federation will deploy the use of modern traditional wrestling and boxing rules at the games.
He enjoined athletes competing in the duo events to abreast themselves with the modern rules that regulates their events, adding that ignorance about the rules are unacceptable .
He appealed to aggrieved traditional boxers and wrestlers to resort to the use of appropriate laid out channels in seeking redress, when aggrieved.
Gana howevet assured athletes and their accompanying officials of fair and balanced officiating during the events .
