<p>A Kano High Court Sitting In Bichi Presided by Justice Sanusi Ado Maaji has restrained Ado Bayero Royal City Trust Fund from taking over Darmanawa layout Eid Ground .</p>
<p>In an interim injunction obtained by the plaintiffs, the court has restrained the defendants either by their agents privies or any other person by whatever name toward carving out residential lands for disposal or sale out of the Darmanawa Eid Praying Ground pending the hearing of the determination of the notice in motion.</p>
