Egypt Partners Kano In Maintaining Cultural Heritage

The eygptian embassy in Nigeria has pledged to partner with people of Kano state in enhancing the cultural heritage as well educational development.

The head of cultural affairs, ministry of foreign affairs, Egypt Ambassador AbdelMonem El-Feky stated this while leading a delegation for an inspection visit to Egyptian cultural center in Kano state.

Ambassador AbdelMonem who said he was in Kano state to boost cultural values and cordial relationship with govt and people of the state in various sectors.

Ambassador AbdelMonem El-Feky stated that the Egyptian embassy to Nigeria is making adequate arrangements to revive the cultural center in Kano in recognition of its contributions in improving the cultura and tradition of the two countries.

The Head of cultural affairs who said Egypt has Excelled in the area of cultural heritage across the world said the embassy will not relent it’s effort to partner with business communities and the government aimed at boosting the economic status of the state as commercial nerves center.

While speaking at the presentation of prizes to various students of the Ma’ahd El Azhar Islamic school at Dangi Round about which established by Egypt, Egyptian consul general Abuja office Mr Muhamed El Nahass assured the embassy’s commitment in supporting the educational sector which he described as a bed rock of every society.

Mr. Mohammed however acknowledge the academic performance of the school in the in inculcating sound education in the mind of youger generation.

He therefore urged the school authority and teacher to complement embassy’s effort in this direction.
