My Best Ambition Is To Get A Husband-Fati Muhammad

Veteran Kannywood actress Fati Muhammad, has said that her best ambition now is to get a decent husband who will marry her for the sake of Allah.

 

Speaking to BBC Hausa in a program called ‘Daga Bakin Mai Ita’ during the weekend, the former actress said this is the best time for her to begin to raise her own family, as life moves on.

 

She added that the best moment she cannot forget in her life is during her first wedding ceremony due to hundreds of thousands of people that gathered to celebrate with her.

“My best ambition now is to get a good husband who can take care of me and love me for the sake of Allah. This is the best time for me to marry so that I too can raise my own family, so I am praying for that.

 

“One of the moments of my life that I can never forget was during my first wedding. Many people then came to celebrate with me and I appreciated them all. They really showed me, love,” she said.

 

 

Recalled that Fati Muhammad was married to her colleague in the Kannywood industry, Sani Musa, popularly known as Mai Iska. They lived together in the United Kingdom when she was on special work and later separated after five years.

 

She later got married to a movie producer, Umar Kanu but the marriage could not last long and since then she remains single.

 

 

Daily Focus reports that the actress said she did not retire from the Hausa movie industry because she is above featuring in films but to give chance for other actresses to show.

 

 

She said people have been asking her question why she left Kannywood and she answered them it is normal with acting that a particular actor or actress has to leave when it is the right time to.

 

“It is normal with acting that one has his time and is better to give space when such time has passed. So it is not that I leave Kannywood because I am above the level of featuring in movies. It is because my time has passed,” she added.

 

She said Abida Muhammad is still her best friend and that she love acting alongside the king of kannywood, Ali Nuhu, adding that Sangaya is her best movie.

 

Fati, who supported Atiku Abubakar during the 2015 and 2019 presidential elections, further said that she join politics due to the significant roles that actors actresses plays in it and the contributions they offer for development
