The Minister of Defence retired Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi has revalidated his APC membership card at Galadanchi Ward in Kano Metropolis.
The minister while addressing newsmen at the scene of the revalidation exercise said he is optimistic the party will continue to wax stronger and retain power in the year 2023.
According to General Magashi, the turnout for the revalidation is very impressive in his ward and promised that the party will continue to deliver its electoral promise to Nigerians.
On the re-organization of the Nigerian Army by President Muhammadu Buhari where he recently removed service chiefs and appointed new ones Magashi said the service chiefs will intensify efforts in ridding Nigeria of terrorism.
General Magashi said there is no target in ending terrorism but they will try their best in repositioning the security sector.
