Kano pillars Fc moves to fourth position in the log after beating Fc Ifeanyi Ubah by a lone goal in the matchday nine they played today at Adokiye stadium in Port Harcourt Rivers State in the ongoing 2020/2021 Npfl season.

The only goal in the game was scored by Auwalu Ali aka Malam in the 23 minutes of play through a free-kick  outside the box

In his post-match interview, the technical Adviser of the sai masu gida Emmanuel Lionel Soccia expressed appreciation for the result of the game.

He said he is happy his Target to grasp the three points have been achieved and delighted Auwalu Ali registered his first goal in the season.

On his part, Rabi’u Ali aka Pele thanked Almighty Allah for rewarding their hard work with good results and pledged that they would remain focus in the other matches ahead.

Captain Rabi’u thanked the government, the good people of Kano state, and the entire fans of the club for believing in them and assured that they would not disappoint them.

Spokesman of the club Lurwanu Idris Malikawa confirmed that the chairman of the club Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Jambul fulfil his promise by settling the players and technical crew of the team all their five matches outstanding match bonuses before the game today Monday.

Malikawa said the team is expected to leave Port Harcourt tomorrow morning (Tuesday) to Kano for the preparation of match ten against MFM on Sunday at Ahmadu Bello Stadium Kaduna.
