Bauchi Bans Seniority In Public Secondary Schools,Threatens Dismissal
The Bauchi State Government has banned seniority in all Secondary Schools across the state.
The state Commissioner of education Dr Aliyu Usman Tilde stated this in a letter signed by him.
According to Dr Tilde ,the state’s ministry of education has keenly observed the use of seniority by students of boarding Secondary Schools in perpetrating physical harm and injury to their fellow students.

The commissioner said any student that has grievances should lodge it to school authorities.
He said from the announcement whoever commits the act of seniority in the states Secondary Schools risks dismissal.

Dr Tilde urges School administrators to ensure that the directive is not violeted and ensure that the ill practice is stopped in all public boarding Secondary Schools.
