<p>When asked which faction is partaking in the elections , Professor Sheka refused to disclose the faction of the party participating in the elections.</p>
<p>On threat by the PDP to take legal action if the party&#8217;s let logo is included ,the chairman said court action is a normal thing when it comes to Elections.</p>
<p>He said polling units will be open from 8 Am and the distribution of sensitive materials have gone far.</p>
