Chairman APC Kano State Caretaker committee Hon. Abdullahi Abbas says people are misinterpreting his political statements in order to inflame tensions between APC and their oppositions.
Abdullahi Abbas made the remarks when he received a delegation from Kano Youth Political Forum in his office, as part of the organization’s awareness tour ahead of Kano State Local Governments Election.

He said, in reality the perception of the people is not the same because he is very different adding that “ Usually it is the circumstances that is leading us to send a strong message to oppositions”.
He noted that Kano State Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje is a gentleman and based on current scenario in Kano politics the ruling side most be very strong to confront the opposition.
“Therefore, since the governor is very gentle, am the person in best position to tackle anything that comes from our Political opponents. And I usually use their style to reply them.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Kano Youth Political Forum, Mukhtar Dauda Raula said the association was set up to change the political landscape in Kano State and to debunk allegations that politicians are hiding their children and engaging children of the masses into drug abuse and political thuggery.
Mukhtar Dauda Raula emphasized that for sustainable development to be achieved, there must be cooperation between the incumbent leaders and the youth who will take over in the future.
He therefore called on the people of Kano State to vote for competent people especially the qualified youths irrespective of their parties.
