The Emir of Bichi Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero has charged federal and state governments to stop all that they are doing to face the security challenges in the country.
The Emir made the call when he paid a sympathy visit to the people of Minjibir local government and the family of a businessman Alhaji Abdullahi Kalos who was kidnapped in his house at Minjibir local government area last Tuesday by a gang of kidnappers.
Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero said there is a need for all tiers of government in the country to put their heads together in order to overcome the security situation in all parts of the country.
Its the responsibility of every leader to protect the lives and properties of every citizen in their domains which needs serious attention by the government and all the security stakeholders in the country, Emir said.
He sympathizes with the family of the kidnapped businessman and the entire people of Minjibir local government area and prayed to Almighty Allah for his intervention in the situation the country is in now.
The Emir reaffirmed his determination to support any move that would assist in ending the banditry, kidnapping, and other criminals activities that is worrying people across the country.
Former Governor Kwankwaso lost Father
On his part, the divisional police officer of Minjibir police station chief superintendent of Police Muhammad D. Gwarzo said the incident started around 2am on Tuesday and they exchanged fire with kidnappers before they succeeded in pushing them away from Minjibir town
CSP Muhammad D.Gwarzo told the Emir that no loss of lives during the incident and all the stations Guns are intact and pray for the abducted businessman to be released in good health.
Earlier one of the sons of the Abducted businessman Dayyabu Abdullahi Minjibir said up to now they are in confusion because they don’t know the situation of their father and thanked the Emir for the visit.
He described the emir of Bichi Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero as a good and exemplary leader who is always caring about his people and urged other leaders to emulate him.
