Public Complain Commission Resolves 1,534 Cases In One Year

The Federal Government’s public complaint Commission says it has resolved over 940 complaints in the year under review from 548 cases received this year in addition to 989 cases brought to the commission.

 

The Head of the Commission in Kano Ado Ahmad Dadin Kowa disclosed this while reviewing the achievements of the commission.

Ado Dadin Kowa said most of the complaint ranges from Nonpayment of entitlements by retires, Non Payment of salaries and advancement.

Dadin Kowa said “despite the challenges, the commission faced, it remains strong and steadfast in protecting the rights of aggrieved citizens from who were cheated financially.

 

He said the commission has toured all 44 local government areas in Kano state to ensure compliance in local government financial autonomy.
