Jonathan’s  Stickers Surface In Kano Tricycles

In a twist of political events in Nigeria, former  President Jonathans’  Stickers have surfaced in a number of tricycles in Kano.

 

The appearance of the former Presidents’ posters in Kano tricycles was monitored by Nigerian Tracker a few months ago and it keeps resurfacing.

Thousands of Tricycle Riders in Kano are Youth who go out daily to fend for themselves.

The bearers of the stickers are Hausa Muslims who were disenchanted with Jonathan’s rule in 2010-2015

The tricycle Business popularly known as Adaidaita Sahu has grown out of proportion when the Government of Engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso bans Okada on January 23, 2013, due to insecurity.

 

In the year 2015 general election Dr. Goodluck Jonathan was the most unpopular candidate in Kano and he managed to get just over one hundred thousand votes compared to President Muhammadu Buhari’s over 1.9 million votes.
