The Arewa Youth Consultative council (AYCC) Katsina state chapter condemns the recent attack on the students of Government Science Secondary School Kankara which made the whereabouts of many schoolboys still unknown.
The state coordinator of the council Amb Salisu Shehu Faskari made this known in an emergency session held with important stakeholders in the state after going reviewing all facts related to the said abduction.
The session described the incident as barbaric and spiritually mischievous that should scare every Nigerian alive.
Breaking: Katsina Closes All Schools
The council through its state coordinator calls on the government of the federation and Katsina state Government to ensure that the abducted students are rescued immediately, alive and healthy.

The State Coordinator further urges the government to put more effort into ensuring that the lives and properties of people are secured with all aggressive effort that must avoid future occurrence.
Mr. Salisu described the attack as a twin brother of the one that happened some years back when former President Goodluck Jonathan was on a visit to Katsina in the year 2015, where bandits took that opportunity and killed a number of people in Faskari Local government and other local governments in Katsina and Kaduna.
This should be a question to be analyzed by intelligent security bodies. He finally prayed for the safe rescue of the missing students and peace to be restored in our land.
