IHRC Commiserates With Nanono Over Abduction Of His Brother

The International Human rights Commission IHRC Nigeria Office has commiserated with the minister of Agriculture and Natural resources Alhaji Sabo Muhammad Nanono over the Abduction of his brother by Kidnappers at their native village in Kano.

 

In a statement released to Newsmen in Abuja by the National General Secretary Abdullahi Adamu Bakoji said the Head of the Nigeria office of the IHRC Ambassador Darlington have urged the federal government and all stakeholders to unite in defeating the menace that has subjected Nigerians to psychological torture.

He said the IHRC and all relevant stakeholders must ensure that abduction, trafficking, and anything that tramples on the fundamental human rights of Nigerians has come to an end so that every Nigerian will feel secure where ever she may find herself in the course of his daily routine.

Abdullahi Adamu Bakoji who was with the Head of Nigeria office in his position as national Secretary said the (IHRC) International Human Rights commission have found it expedient to bring relevant stakeholders to the table in finding the way out and proffering lasting solution to the issues affecting humanity which include Kidnapping for ransom and to do away with the psychological torture Nigerians are subjected to day and night.

It could be recalled that the Ministers brother was abducted for over two weeks at their residence in Tofai village of Gabasawa local government area of Kano state North-Western Nigeria
