A magistrate court in Gezawa has ordered the arrest of Chairman Gaya Local Government in Kano State.
Babajibo Ibrahim Of Kano High Court stated this to Newsmen in Kano.
He said the lawyer representing the respondents filed a case before the magistrate court accusing the defendants that is Gaya local government chairman and the APC chairman in Gaya local government.

Babajibo Ibrahim who is the Public relations officer of Kano High Court said the petitioner’s lawyer after filing the suit, non of the accused were present before the court and as a result, the courts ordered their arrest.
Recently a chairmanship aspirant in Gaya local government Hafizu Sunusi Mahmud Gaya was beaten to a pulp by the incumbent chairman of Gaya local government Ahmad Abdullahi during the screening of aspirants
