Kano Abducted Children:Court Fix Nov.27 For Judgement

Kano state high Court sitting at Miller road has slated 27th November, 2020 for final judgment of Paul Owene who made  self-confession of kidnapping 9 Kano children and sold them in Anambra state.

The Kano state commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General Barrister Musa Abdullahi Lawal prosecutes the seven defendants before the court state high court at Miller road with 38 counts charges against, Paul Owene, Mercy Pual , Monica Orach ,Ebere Ognobo , Chinelo Grace, Emmenual Egwe all from Anambra State.

The principal accused Person Paul Owene has admitted that all the 38 charges levelled against him before the court, while the six defendants pleaded not guilty for the offences.

The judge, Justice Zuwaira Yusuf Ali fixed 27th November, 2020 for final judgment on Pual having admitted to the offence he is being  accused of and continued hearing of the application made by the six defendants.

The State Attorney Barrister Musa Abdullahi said the master-mind has at last admitted the charges.

The Counsel to the six defendants Barrister W. C. Oranize urged court to discharge his clients.

Correspondent reports that the member representing Nasarawa local Government represented by Hon Rabiu Baba Nabegu thanked God for the Mastermind suspect who admitted to the charges.
