According to the DG ,when people want to become professional mentors one has to be willing to learn from others.

Dr Gambo Aliyu brainstorm on the challenges he had in the private sector before accepting Government appointment noting that things are not moving fast in the public sector unlike what is obtained in the private sector.

The DG NACA said one of the challenges of working in Government is that one takes a decision in the best interest of the people and suddenly somebody will appear the next day and petition the decision taken.

Dr Gambo Aliyu said for Nigerians to put an End to HIV , people have to Know their status, therefore every Nigerian should go and have a taste ,and by the year 2030 HIV pandemic in Nigeria will be a thing of the past.

He said as at now there are 1.8 million people currently with HIV in Nigeria and alot of people contract the disease without knowing,so when one contracted HIV ,he should call NACA for help, and when it happens that an Individual turns negative after the taste so he should devise ways of being negative for the rest of his life.

He said developing friends among one’s staff is very significant in making the success of an organisation.
