Ganduje’s Spokesperson Lambasts Buhari, says he’s “Insensitive and Lacks Empathy”

The Special Adviser Media and Communication to the Kano State Governor, Salihu Tanko Yakasai has Lambsted President Muhammadu Buhari over his Insensitivity and lack of empathy to the plight of Nigerians especially his Northern Constituency.

In a series of tweets, Salihu Tanko who tweets with the name “Dawisu” berated the lack of communication by the President to Nigerians.

He said ” To speak to your own people over issues that are bedeviling them has become something like a favor you’re doing to them. Over & over again, u cannot spare 5mins & address the nation to calm them down, the same people u went to the 36 states to beg for their votes, it is heartbreaking.”

He also tweeted that he has not seen a government with zero empathy like that of Buhari”

Dawisu was speaking when he joined the online Campaign #ENDSARS which has hit the nation after a series of police brutality, especially in Southern Nigeria.

The campaign which has been going for over a week, made Nigerians from all walks of life to unite to condemn the atrocities of the Police and call for reforms. But the President has said that his government will reform the SARS but Nigerians want to see results.
