<p>The letter reads in part: “Within one year in office as a Member House of Representatives, representing Bichi Federal Constituency, the college has witnessed your contribution in the payment of N16, 874, 996.55 for Bichi indigene students in the college for the 2019/2020 academic year, among others.</p>
<p>“While congratulating you for your contribution towards unprecedented transformation of your constituency, (Bichi Federal Constituency) in the area of human and physical development, we pray to Allah the Almighty to continue to bless you with more opportunities and fruitful life ahead.”</p>
<p>The payment is a part of over 1000 students of Bichi Federal Constituency the member has sponsored at various higher institutions of learning across the country.</p>
