Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Hon. Abubakar Y Suleiman (Dangaladiman Ningi) says he is so much delighted with the restoration of electricity in Ningi, Warji and Ganjuwa Local Governments after months of blackout.

The Speaker who narrated that the break in power transmission in Ningi has given him sleepless nights for how it affects businesses and lives of the people of his Constituency, says with the repair and subsequent restoration of light in the three local governments, he feel fulfilled and can now sleep with his two eyes closed.
Hon. Abubakar Y Suleiman who recalled the vigorous efforts he made to ensure the restoration light in the areas, urged the benefiting communities be vigilant and surveillance on all the electric appliances to avoid vandalism and future reoccurrence of the blackout.
He commends Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad for setting up the Taskforce Committee and adequately funding the Committee for the rehabilitation of electricity across the State.
Speaker Abubakar also commends Bauchi State Ministry of Power and Technology, the Taskforce Committee and Jos Electricity Distribution Company (JEDC) for their tireless efforts and commitment toward the repair and subsequent restoration of electricity in the areas.
The Speaker assured other communities who are in blackout due to break in power transmission that the State Taskforce for the repair of electricity will go all nook and crannies of the State to repair and restore light.
