<p>In its Judgement delivered on Monday, the Apex Court disagreed with the<a href="https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/appeal"> appeal</a> filed on five grounds by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Kogi Governorship Election, Musa Wada.</p>
