Former Kano State Commissioner of Works and Infrastructure, Engr. Muazu Magaji Dansarauniya has said that his support for governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje remained unshaken, as he is ready to support his administration to achieve its goal in all spheres of human Endeavour.
Speaking to journalists at his residence in Kano Tuesday, Dansarauniya stated that for what governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje stands to achieve in the lexicon of partisan politics in view of his capacity as a time tested technocrat and full-fledged administrator, no one was ever doubting his capacity to live up to his billing as a leader.

According to him, Kano being a promising economic and commercial edifice, the State has the much-needed potentials to develop and effectively prosper in the comity of sister States in the country affirming that he was ever willing and ready to contribute his widow’s mite in propelling the State to a greater height.
He said” Kano is great and fully endowed with high profile economic treasures. what is most needed, is the immense contribution of people like us and other notable stakeholders. we should put our hands on deck in order to achieve greater posterity. ”
“We have a leader with a vision and mission to address issues bordering on our well-being. being a bona fide citizen of the State, I am very much expected to join the fray and reach the desired destination. I want everyone to comprehend the simple fact that we must strive to avoid pettiness for Kano to develop” he added.
While describing the All Progressives Congress(APC) as a fountain of accommodating willing progressives for the present journey to be feasible and the future promising, the former Commissioner maintained that APC as a formidable political entity has provided a level playing field for everyone to prove his mettle.

Muaz Magaji Dawakin Tofa an engineer by profession was sacked by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje on the 18th of April 2020 after celebrating the death of the former chief of staff to President Muhammad Buhari Abba Kyari who died as a result of COVID-19 on the 17th of April.
But later Engineer Muaz Magaji told newsmen that his message was misunderstood as a Muslim who will die someday he cannot celebrate the death of a fellow Muslim.
There were insinuations recently of returning him to Kano state government cabinet but with the recent cabinet reshuffle by governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje Muaz Magaji Dawakin Tofa’s hope has been dashed as his former position was filled.
