As the local government elections continue across Kano State, residents have complied with the movement restrictions ordered by the state government. In the early morning, a NIGERIA TRACKER correspondent observed that some roads in Kano metropolis were almost empty.
Despite the order being given by the state government and the lack of participation from the police and other federal government security agencies, many residents in Kano remained indoors.
