Gen Sani commends ABC/ABU alumni on support for education Major General Ibrahim Sani has commended the alumni of the Abdullahi Bayero College, Ahmadu Bello on their effort in supporting education in Kano and the nation.
General Sani who leads the Hasiya Ibrahim Sani Empowerment Foundation HISANEF expressed his appreciation over the activities of the alumni under the leadership of Dr Umar Faruk,Hajiya Uwani Yahaya,Rabi Hussaini Adamu and Faruk Lawan Yola that brought support to foremost primary School In Kano Shahuci Primary.

The items the alumni gave to the school included
5 sewing machines,3 Knitting machines as well as 205 maths books and 205 English books.
He called for other well meaning persons to assist in promoting education in Kano and Nigeria as a whole.
He said education is the backbone of development in the world, and there should be a collective effort with the government and the citizens towards shaping the future of the pupilss,so that they can acquire qualitative education, which will bring progress while preventing them from the abuse of drugs,idleness and committing heinous crimes as youth.
